Hi! I’m Grae—an illustrator, graphic artist, and a small-town girl from a cozy coastal province in the northern Philippines. My love for art took a serious turn back in 2015, when I started squeezing in online tutorials between my teaching job at a local public school. It was a bit of a balancing act, but I was determined to make it work.
 

In 2016, I took a deep breath and started sharing my work on Minted.com, not really expecting much. But to my surprise, a few of my pieces won awards and ended up in people’s homes as event cards, stationery, and art prints. One of the most surreal moments for me was seeing my work being sold by The Met in New York—yes, that Met. Minted.com also got my designs into Target and TJX stores. The Today Show even featured my holiday cards, and a few influencers picked them up, which was a pretty big deal for me.
 

These days, I’m proud to be part of Minted.com’s CMYK Top Artists Program, which feels like such an honor.

Now, I’m living my dream as a full-time artist, working from home with my partner, Alaric. When we’re not deep into designs, we’re probably watching a good movie or spoiling our two fur babies, Soffice and Gideon. Outside of art, I’m passionate about writing (poems and novels that are still quietly hiding on my laptop), advocating for mental health, and finding balance through yoga.
